06/02/2022: Israel Innovation Authority & ISTRC Webinar on Smart Transportation – Research Opportunities
The Israel Innovation Authority together with the Israeli Smart Transportation Research Center (ISTRC) is conducting a dedicated webinar on Smart Transportation, aiming to promote collaboration between the academy and the industry researchers.
During the webinar, the Israel Innovation Authority will present their funding programs, following ISTRC’s presentation of the Center’s open Call for Research. The two opportunities are complementary to each other.

15/02/2022: ISTRC Call for White Papers for Required Research Infrastructures 2021-2022
The aim of this call is to generate white papers, including supporting marketing materials such as videos or presentations. These must present the need for promoting agile research infrastructures that are designed to serve populations across Israel, while boosting state-of-the-art research and innovation in the field of Smart Transportation, in line with the “Zero Transportation Externalities” vision.

Knowledge Gap Research 2020-2021
To keep up to date with the latest research challenges in the evolving field of Smart Transportation, ISTRC funds a biennial “Knowledge Gap Research” for each of the center’s Professional Committees, in addition to an integrative one.
The leading topics of each report will be included in the center’s annual Call for Research.
All reports are available to the entire R&D community on our website. You are welcome to view them.

The TRISTAN symposium is hosted by the Université Gustave Eiffel and will feature potential applications and methodological developments in transportation analysis and transportation science.
