Overview

As part of the center's structure, Professional Committees were established to cover the relevant research topics. The committees consist of researchers from the academy, the industry and the public sector. Six committees operate in core transportation domains and three committees focus on methodological directions and enabling technologies.

COMMITTEE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define focus areas and recommend activities
  • Define priorities
  • Define Call for Research topics
  • Take part in proposals' review and selection
  • Gather cutting-edge knowledge and activities in the committee domain
  • Bring together stakeholders in the field
  • Identify strategic interfaces and encourage research collaboration
  • Provide cutting edge knowledge to the center’s newsletter, portal, center conferences and workshops

COMMITTEE MEMBERS

Committees members come from the academia, the industry and the public sector. If you would like to join one of our committees, you are welcome to fill out either our Academic Survey or  our Stakeholders Survey (in Hebrew), or to contact the relevant Committee Chair (see below).

COMMITTEE CHAIRS

The Committee Chairs’ Forum discusses the center’s strategic issues and recommends research directions.

Below you can find details about the Chairs of each Professional Committee. If you would like to get involved in one of the Committees' work, you are welcome to contact its Chair directly.
